Phoenixes are beautiful creatures of mythology who are born from the ashes of another dead phoenix. In mythology, they are greatly respected and renowned for their grace and beauty.

  • 4 to 15 feet from beak to tail
  • may have a wingspan of up to 25 feet
  • come in a variety of vibrant colors such as red, orange, golden, and yellow, but on some rare occasions, a phoenix may be purplish, blue, or green as a show of higher heat
  • sometimes have 4 wings (two main, two very small below large wings)
  • peaceful until disturbed


  • The phoenix is usually a peaceful, solitary creature, but can be territorial and aggressive during mating season
  • If a phoenix is disturbed, it may merely ignore whoever it is bothering them, or they may singe the intruder
  • Phoenixes are generally antisocial, but may live in small families
